We keep it simple.
Our 3-step pool-building process

No hidden surprises, just a smooth and transparent path to your perfect pool. Here is how we turn your backyard vision into reality:

1

Pool Design & Planning

We begin by meeting with you to discuss your goals and budget, review the property, and create a preliminary sketch. From there, we develop a detailed plan that includes a cost estimate and draft construction agreement. We then obtain all required permits and construction documents based on the requirements of your town. Once everything is approved, site preparation and layout begin, giving you the exciting first look at the shape of your new pool outlined on the ground.

2

Excavation & Formation

The formation and excavation stage is the most involved and often the loudest part of the construction process, but once it is complete, your backyard will begin transforming into a beautiful and tranquil retreat. Plumbing and pool equipment are then set in place, followed by the installation of structural steel rebar, electrical runs, and hookups. The town will perform any required inspections, and necessary corrections will be completed before construction continues. Shotcrete is then applied to form the concrete interior of the pool. Afterward, the site is cleaned, trenches are buried, and the pool deck area is graded in preparation for the installation of the pool deck, tile, fencing, and required safety barriers.

3

Final Touches & Cleanup

After the final town inspection is completed, the homeowner schedules the gas hookup and the pool interior is finished. The pool is then filled, started, and prepared for use. We meet with you for an orientation to explain how to operate and maintain your new pool. Once the landscaping is installed and the property is restored, your new outdoor oasis is ready to be enjoyed.
